Effective Date

Effective as of: October 1, 2025

Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how FlaBrokers ("FlaBrokers," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in the United States of America when you access or use our website flabrokers.com, tools, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

Definitions

For clarity, "personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household, as defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws. "Sell," "share," and "sensitive personal information" are used as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) (collectively, the "CCPA/CPRA").

We collect the categories of personal information listed below. We use and disclose this information for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We retain personal information as described in the Data Retention section.

  • Professional or Employment Information: your role or firm if you choose to provide it in a contact or inquiry form.
  • Inferences: inferences drawn from the above to personalize content or recommendations.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as social security numbers, precise geolocation, or financial account numbers) through the Services. Please do not submit sensitive personal information via the Services.

Sources of Personal Information

  • Directly from you: when you contact us, subscribe to updates, request information, or use interactive features.
  • Automatically: via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies when you use the Services.
  • Third parties: service providers (e.g., analytics), advertising partners, and publicly available sources.

  • Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries and sending administrative or marketing messages (you may opt out of marketing at any time).

  • Detect, prevent, and address security incidents, fraud, and illegal activities; enforce terms and policies.
  • Comply with legal obligations and exercise or defend legal claims.
  • Support internal operations, including auditing, accounting, and quality assurance.

Disclosures of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described above:

  • Service Providers and Contractors: providers of hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, security, and similar services.
  • Advertising and Marketing Partners: to facilitate measurement and delivery of advertising and sponsored content, where applicable.
  • Affiliates and Successors: in connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, asset sale) or organizational change.
  • Legal and Compliance: to comply with legal processes, regulatory requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, you, or others.

Selling or Sharing Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" personal information (as that term is defined by the CPRA) with advertising or analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of such sharing as described in the Your Privacy Rights and How to Exercise Your Rights sections. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Advertising

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, analyze usage, and measure or personalize content and advertising.

  • Essential cookies: necessary to provide core site functionality and security.
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how users interact with the Services.
  • Advertising cookies: support delivery of relevant ads and measure campaign performance.

Managing Cookies: You can typically set your browser to block or delete cookies. If you block cookies, some features of the Services may not function properly. You may also use industry opt-out tools made available by your device or browser and submit opt-out requests to us as described below. Where we detect a valid browser-based opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) for the device/browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for that device/browser, to the extent required by law.

Your Privacy Rights

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the following rights, subject to exceptions:

  • Right to Know/Access: to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, the sources, purposes, and categories of third parties to whom we disclosed personal information.
  • Right to Delete: to request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
  • Right to Correct: to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: to direct us not to sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: if we collect sensitive personal information (we generally do not), to limit its use to permitted purposes.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Financial Incentives: We do not offer programs that provide financial incentives or price/service differences in exchange for personal information.

Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain states (including, but not limited to, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia) may have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling. You can exercise these rights using the methods described below. If we deny your request, you may have a right to appeal; instructions will be provided in our response.

Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to sell certain personal information. We do not currently sell personal information as defined by Nevada law. Requests may be submitted using the contact information below.

Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control)

Where required by applicable U.S. law, we honor opt-out preference signals enabled in your browser (such as Global Privacy Control) as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for that particular browser and device.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your rights or submit a privacy request, contact us using one of the following methods:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Mail: FlaBrokers, Attn: Privacy, 653 Park Ave, Rochester, NY 14607, United States

Verification: We may need to verify your identity to process your request (e.g., by confirming information already on file). Authorized Agents: If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

Response Time: We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law and will explain our reasons if we cannot fulfill a request.

Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for other legitimate and lawful business purposes. We consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, and applicable legal requirements when determining retention periods. When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete, de-identify, or aggregate it in accordance with applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information may contact us using the information below.

International Visitors

The Services are operated in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins, widgets, market data providers, and advertising partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third parties before providing any personal information.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no industry standard for DNT, we do not respond to DNT at this time. We do, however, process legally required opt-out preference signals as described above.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when this Policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
